Return Policy

Please contact us to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and directions on how to return products. Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, and must be returned in 'AS NEW' condition - in its original packaging, never installed and in 100% resalable condition. Products must be returned in the original manufacturers' box and packaging, without any writing/marking on the packaging, and must contain all pieces. Please call us at 246-421-6914 or email us at [email protected], to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). RGA requests are processed within 24-72 hours, and you will receive instructions via email. Once an RGA number and return label is issued, the product needs to be returned within 30 days.
Products purchased online can only be returned to a local Exclusive Lighting location once authorized by email from a Customer Care Representative.
